Well, there's tofu, of course the aforementioned nuts and seeds, grains,
etc. Not really that radical a deal. I made the change. Lost weight.
Feel much less sluggish. It's also not perfect, but the point I think is
that if more people made the choice, the objections regarding supply of
grain used to feed livestock would be a moot point.
