Thank you to all who replied. The honey bees have been doing this a
good 5 days now. The weather has been warm and now very cool (low
60's day). I have watched them for a couple of years now. They
swarmed 1 time. Never seen them act like this. It might be the
washboard dance. A very fascinating little creature. A squirrel
tried to get there honey earlier this year. The bees chose wisely and
the squirrel gave up.
