No, the poster stated that he is using a Radial extractor, so both sides
are done together, as far as speed goes, there are no hard and fast
rules, start slowly and see how it goes, if you break any combs then you
know to go slower next time but for longer, only experience with your
kit will tell you how fast and for how long you need to go.
