My advice would be Don't bother, bees don't do well on pollen 
substitutes, your best option would be to plant a fast growing, early 
pollen source close to your hives, as I don't know your location I 
cannot be specific, but here in the UK the ***** willow is one of the 
best early sources (Dandelions and gooseberries are good too), 
alternatively plant a late pollen source that the bees can store over 
winter, it is not as good as fresh, but much much better than any 
substitute.
