I am French Beekeeper and seriously I have never heard of such thing as a
bee keeping holiday.

Also you can contact local beekeeping associations and see if you can
manage to find a professional bee keeper who would want some help during
summer.

Young beekeepers are possibly the way to go as they may very well speak
basic English and also they may have gone overseas to learn technics in
the states or in NZ.
