Gosling not well

by "Vortex3" <news@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 23, 2008 at 07:00 AM

Hello,

We have recently incubated some goose eggs, 2 of which hatched last
weekend.

The young goslings have been eating (chick crumb), drinking and growing
well
well. We are keeping them indoors under warm light.

In the past 24 hours one of them has stopped "cheeping", and is now making

unpleasant gurgling sounds instead.

It is apparently having no problem breathing, and continues to eat/drink
and
remains very active.

They have not had significant access to grass yet.

This is our first experience with geese. What could be wrong? Do we just

let nature take it's course? Any remedies anybody can suggest?

David
